Introduction to assembly production process

Nameplates and Modules, fully assembled into finished products in process , collectively referred to as assembly process .

Process that
A. Receiving product orders: Let production department know the product order notice.
A-1.Sales key in the customer order into ERP system.
A-2.System shows the process and model of the order in the report.
B.Release technical information: Let engineers know the technical information of the product order.
B-1.Marketing department release technical documents sales provide
B-2.Some documents of assembly and production, including BOM, SOP, ECN, Production notes.
C.Product process and technology transfer: Let engineers know how to control by Product process
and technology transfer.
C-1.Arrange customer and engineer start technology transfer.
C-2.Engineers could easily to control each part in product process.
D.Preparation before production: Speed up the production schedule.
D-1. Take the production of documents (BOM, SOP, ECN, Production notes) and check it.
D-2.Prepare Product tools / Equipment calibration.
D-3.Double check tools before assembling. For instance, electric screwdrivers need torque
calibrator by Test SOP before production
E.Make first article: Engineers could find out some issue by first article, and this way also can reduce
the risk of production before mass production.
E-1.The first article check SOP is 3~5 PCS.
E-2.When engineers find out some issues by first articles, we could discuss with our customer to
solve the problem.
F.Simulate / formulate the way of production: To find the best production mode and efficiency to
promotion production.
F-1.Follow the SOP and formulate the production steps and procedure.
F-2.Simulate different status and good way to increase our production efficiency.
G.SOP internalization: The customer's SOP transform to PSI.
G-1.Before mass production, we write SOP internalization.
G-2.SOP internalization action by production engineer and inspected by manager.
H.Compute working hours of product /Provide: All production action has to follow standard
working hours, further improve production efficiency and capacity.
H-1.Provide standard working hours to sales for quotation before the first shipment, and engineer plan
the capacity production process by standard working hours.
I. Products ready for production: To put all the products into production.
J.End of production: Making sure if the remain materials is coefficient with unassembled quantity to improve the efficiency for end of work orders.
K.Product quality inspection: Use AQL plan method to inspection products, improve quality and shipping for production of products.
L.No follow-up process to confirm shipping: Product shipment.
M.DFM Report: Before next mass production, we could provide the information of production problems,
including [Design / Production / Material], to our customer.
M-1.Within 3 days of shipment, we could provide professional DFM Report to customer and discuss for
next mass production.
